I started making caramels because I could no longer locate homemade ones that I really liked. It has taken me more than ten years, and a handful of crowns (someone else's), to finally master them. I have been known for always bringing caramels to parties, especially around the holidays. My husband finally convinced me to sell them. I love it, and love him for it!!! My peanut brittle recipe has been passed on to me from my husband’s aunt, who has been making brittle for many years. Everything I make is prepared in a Public Health certified kitchen.
